I went to the workshop to have my wheel bearing changed on my Audi A5 Sportsback. I was booked in for a 7AM appointment and by 11am they done. They did a fantastic job and sorted the noise from my tire hub. They are very professional and very friendly. Shockingly, they were the cheapest by over 500 rand on all the 5 quotes I sorted for from other vendors. Keep up the great work. I AM ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER! Thank you!

Dear Geoff and Team,

I have no idea how to thank you for all that you have done for me but, in particular, for my car. I suppose the only way is straight up……….

I was extremely concerned and worried about my car (as you all well know) when I arrived at your workshop on Monday morning. You and your team opened my bonnet and, quite frankly, found an engine that was severely neglected for 10 YEARS BY TWO OTHER WORKSHOPS WITH QUALIFIED MECHANICS!!! – I think not!

A Full diagnostics was done on the engine by your technician and we were able to agree on a “starting point “– seeing that a previous mechanic informed + – a month prior to this that my engine “will cease up “within the next 5 months (not if I can help it! ).

When I arrived at your workshop, no booking was made for a major service at a prior date but you were still prepared to assist me and basically give my car your full attention. Needless to say, the major service took most of the day because, as I mentioned before, the car was neglected for 10 years. – My car and I were extremely Blessed and thankful to be there.

At the end of the service, I was presented with a bill that was more than fair for the amount of TLC and individual attention that my car was given by a truly qualified technician. It was indeed a great honor to be part of the whole “salvation “process.

The bill also indicated all areas and work that would need to be looked at in future and in my case, the immediate concern was the fan belt and starter.

True to your early warning, the star decided that he’s also now had enough and conked out – after 20 years of loyal service.

Once again, it was no trouble for you and your team to assist “a damsel in distress “and a mechanic was sent to my home to collect my car for another started to be fitted.

And lastly (for bad luck comes in trees), yesterday, at an Engen garage just outside of Germiston, my car refused to go into reverse gear – The gearbox & star were probably jealous for not getting any attention the previous day!

Once again, it was no problem for you to come to my rescue……what are you Guys? – Angels in overalls?

This morning – WOW!!!!!! – it was driving on a cloud – Cloud 9………

In closing – a Huge THANK YOU to the Superior Car Clinic staff who did not only go the extra mile for me but a whole Comrades marathon – …… backwards!

You have restored my faith in my car as well as the motor technicians and that means a lot to me.

Excellent customer service. I had a battery problem and the guys came to my house to test the battery. Very willing to help. I also had a quote of R16,000 from Mercedes-Benz to fix my door handle. These guys did it for R3,000. Will keep to support them.

Had my Ford Ka repaired here (Alternator, Gasket & Service) and I’m really happy with the service. The car was also clean inside & out, the engine was clean, and some body panel clips had even been replaced! Not as cheap as a back-yard mechanic, but you get what you pay for I guess and they went they extra mile. My car is old now and it’s difficult to find somebody trustworthy who will keep it alive a while longer. Thank you! (Aidan)

I am simply BLOWN AWAY. I made the mistake of buying a car from Motor City Middleburg. A car with some issues (to say the least). Thankfully, I found Superior Car Clinic. Dear Geoff, Derek and Team,

A short note to express our gratitude concerning the recent service on our Toyota Corolla. Thank you so very much for being so kind to me as I walked with great difficulty and Derek came to my rescue in this regard by bringing me home and then fetching us again. You may not realize it but that was a huge burden liftin off my shoulders. Thank you again Derek, we really appreciate it.

The car is now perfect and it is running better than ever. The brakes are much better and I especially notice that the hand brake now more easily holds the car on pull offs. So, a huge thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of our car. Geoff, we also thank you for advising us of the problems with the car once you guys had been through it and then again phoning to advise that Derek would soon be bringing the car to us. Thank you too that the car was washed. As you know the car has in the past always been serviced by agents. Every single time I got the car back the oil on the dipstick indicated an overfill above the FULL mark by about 5 mm plus. I really am impressed and congratulate the team because when I checked the oil after your service it was exactly spot on for the first time in ten years!!!! I am rapidly starting to think that the agents do not really care at all and I am not impressed that the brake problem was not pointed out and addressed by them. Your pricing is most reasonable when compared to the agents and the price is very important to us as pensioners on a fixed income.

Please convey our thanks to the entire team for a job well done and making the servicing process easy and a truly excellent experience for us. You guys are indeed the Superior A TEAM when it comes to servicing.
